That’s why we’ve designed a clear and fair refund and return policy to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.
Returns – When It’s Allowed
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns in specific cases. We’ll gladly look into it if:

You received the wrong item (wrong product or dosage).

Your order arrived damaged or tampered with.

The product is expired or clearly defective.
If any of the above applies, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. After that, we may not be able to offer a return.
Please note: We cannot accept returns for opened items, or simply if you change your mind. These rules are in line with UK health and safety laws for medicinal products.
Refunds – When We’ll Issue One
If we confirm that your return request meets our criteria:

You’ll get a full refund to your original payment method,
OR -
We’ll send you a free replacement, depending on what works best for you.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after we’ve approved your request.
What to Do If Something Goes Wrong
If something’s not right with your order, here’s what to do:

Include your Order ID, a short description of the problem, and photos (if there’s visible damage or wrong items).

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected time, reach out to us. We’ll:

Either resend your order or issue a refund (depending on the situation).
Note: Delays caused by customs or local couriers are out of our hands, but we’ll always try our best to help.
