Dosage Man – Refund & Return Policy

At Dosage Man, we care about your satisfaction just as much as we care about delivering quality, trusted products. We know that when it comes to medications and anabolic steroids, discretion, safety, and reliability are everything. That’s why we’ve designed a clear and fair refund and return policy to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.

Returns – When It’s Allowed

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns in specific cases. We’ll gladly look into it if:

  • You received the wrong item (wrong product or dosage).

  • Your order arrived damaged or tampered with.

  • The product is expired or clearly defective.

If any of the above applies, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. After that, we may not be able to offer a return.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for opened items, or simply if you change your mind. These rules are in line with UK health and safety laws for medicinal products.

Refunds – When We’ll Issue One

If we confirm that your return request meets our criteria:

  • You’ll get a full refund to your original payment method,
    OR

  • We’ll send you a free replacement, depending on what works best for you.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after we’ve approved your request.

What to Do If Something Goes Wrong

If something’s not right with your order, here’s what to do:

  1. Email us at (??????@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

  2. Include your Order ID, a short description of the problem, and photos (if there’s visible damage or wrong items).

  3. Wait for our team to review and respond with the next steps.

Please don’t send anything back without hearing from us first.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected time, reach out to us. We’ll:

  • Investigate the delay.

  • Keep you updated.

  • Either resend your order or issue a refund (depending on the situation).

Note: Delays caused by customs or local couriers are out of our hands, but we’ll always try our best to help.

All orders are packaged discreetly for your privacy. If a shipment is ever seized or lost in transit, we offer a one-time reship (free of charge), depending on your delivery location and situation. Just show us proof.
